Add curry powder to mayonnaise and stir thoroughly. Slowly add your curry powder to a small bowl of vegan or regular mayonnaise and stir thoroughly.
Step #5:
Add spices to mayonnaise and stir. Add the spices from your small bowl into your larger bowl that contains celery, yogurt, shrimp, etc. Stir well!
Step #6:
Transfer contents to an airtight container or Tupperware for storage in the fridge. Keep in mind that you can keep your shrimp salad in the fridge for about 4-5 days before it expires!
