  • 2 cups of croutons, Crouton Crispies, are preferred, but you can use whatever you prefer
  • 1/4 cup kalamata olives, sliced in half. (You can use black olives instead)
  • 1/4 cup banana peppers, sliced thin
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced onion
  • 1/4 cup roast mushrooms (Can be used as fresh mushrooms, but if fresh, the cooking time will be longer)
  • 6 strips of bacon, cooked until crispy and chopped into small pieces. You can also use ham or chicken in this salad recipe, but it is not recommended because of the meaty texture ham will add to the salad.
  • 2 tablespoons Caesar dressing or very thin you can use Greek yogurt.
